Hello everyone. I know it is been a while since I posted but this time I have a reasonable excuse. I just got promoted (hurray!). As you all know I way on my placement in Czech Cosmopolitan magazine and I was helping with writing the articles and creating decor product pages. But since this Monday I am officially the manager of the editorial department. How cool is that? I still have almost half a year before I have to return to Scotland so I cannot wait to see what this experience will bring to me.
Anyway today I am going to show new necklaces I got from Czech online shop called Bonprix. They have really fun stuff and besides those necklaces I also got a bright pink fur coat which makes me look like a hige cotton candy....but very stylish one. :-) I will show pics of that later but today I am going to share with you those two lovely necklaces. I am obsessed with the black one since its so elegant and chic. Which one do you like the most? Kiss, kiss.

Hello everyone. Weekend is finally here and all I plan to do is read and relax. I had quiet a busy week so I feel like I deserve some time off. And what was I up to? I visited couple of language exchange events (I barely speak Czech anymore since all my friends are foreigners) and started working on another charity project for Cosmopolitan. Once it is all done I will show you pics from that. I was also helping Jana (the designer I am working for) with the upcoming photoshoot. It will take place next Saturday and I will be taking backstage pics so stay tuned. :-) Yesterday I also had a chance to visit a conference called WO.men Better self, better world. It was such a great experience and all the speeches were so inspiring. I am so glad that my friend Mishka who works for Yelp took me there. How was your week?

My longest week (at least this year) is over. So many things happened lately so I still find it quite difficult to process. But I will get there eventually. Anyway I visited a new language exchange event and even though the place was super full and you can't barely breath there, I enjoyed that. I met interesting people and I was super shocked when I met a guy who is from RGU in Aberdeen which is the uni I go to. What are the odds that you meet someone from the same city in Scotland here in Prague at the event. World is way too small. :) Today I am going to wine tasting with Yelp (I promise I will stop drinking after this since the last week went a little out of hand) and I also have a model fitting for our photoshoot this week.

Happy Wednesday. Hope that your week is going at least as well as mine. I have quite a few events to look forward to and I also continue working on my online courses. Yesterday I successfully finished two courses and I was awarded certificates. So now I can add Online Advertising and Origins of Crime to my CV. Right now I am in the middle of Forensic Science and Criminal Justice and User Experience for the Web and I really enjoy both courses. I think it is a great way to broaden one's horizons and to keep your brain working properly. That and reading. It is no surprise I finished another book and I am currently blown away by Jo Nesbo's writing. That man is a genius! I also visited a theatre yesterday and I absolutely loved it. Need to make more time for those cultural experiences (though maybe next time I should choose something less sexual. Especially if you're visiting the play with your uncle....awkward). Do you prefer cinema or theatre?

Hey there. First of all I don´t really know what happened to my resolution that I will post more regularly. I really try but sometimes it is impossible. Not only I spend a lot of time at work and with my friends but I also don´t have a good camera in Prague so I have to take all the pics back home. Anyway I will do my best to post at least once a week (twice would be way better though).
Those last couple of weeks were going so fast, I don´t even know what was going on. I had a lot of projects and press conferences I had to attend so my days were pretty hectic. Some of the project were super interesting. For example, I had a chance to cooperate with Fashion Arena to help kids from Czech institution for abused children. It is such a great feeling to be able to help those who need it the most. Sadly, some other events were pain in the ass. I have to spent 4 hours (yeah, you read it right) listening to guys talking about cars. And I hate cars. I mean it is great if I can get from point A to point B by using a car but I don´t need to know about the components of the vehicle. Well at least I got a free lunch there, right. :-)
